Main activities

Advice and representation in litigation for private individuals, companies and enterprises. Special focus on family law cases of all kinds (separation, divorce, matters of children, cohabitation, maintenance, matrimonial property law, etc.) including representation before courts and authorities (in particular, the KESB). Main areas of practice in the following fields of law:

• Family law
• Labour law
• Contract law
• Media law and personal rights protection
• Corporate law

Career

Studied law at University of Zurich and at Humboldt University in Berlin. Trainee lawyer at a medium-sized law firm (2016-2017), followed by work as a lawyer at a large commercial law firm (2018). Admitted to the bar in 2018. Joined Bachmann Rechtsanwälte AG as a practising attorney-at-law in 2019.
